At the signing ceremony held on the 11th at the Dongbu Construction headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, it was announced that the event is scheduled to take place over four days starting October 14, with a total prize money of 1 billion KRW. The venue has not yet been decided. Huh Sang-hee, CEO of Dongbu Construction, said, "It is an honor to sponsor the KLPGA Tour despite the difficult circumstances," adding, "Sustainable growth can only be achieved by overcoming adversity," and "Players, the association, and golf industry stakeholders will all work together to create a great tournament."
