On January 11, President Cho visited the Disaster Support Headquarters to check the reception and support process of the Small Business Resilience Fund, which started accepting applications at 8 a.m. that day, and encouraged the staff on site. Within just 30 minutes of opening applications, approximately 23,000 people had already completed their submissions. Under the odd-even application system, only small business owners whose business registration numbers end with an odd number could apply on January 11, while those with even numbers could apply on January 12. From January 13 onward, all eligible applicants can apply regardless of their registration number. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups is selecting recipients and sending out notification messages, and applications can be submitted online at the designated website (버팀목자금.kr) according to the instructions in the message.
