Yangsan-si Completes 'Kkumkkotdeul Workshop,' a Dedicated Space for Out-of-School Youth

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Yangsan City in Gyeongnam announced on the 8th that the Dream Dream, a support center for out-of-school youth (hereinafter Yangsan Dream Dream), has completed the construction of the exclusive space for out-of-school youth, 'Kkumkkotdeul Workshop.'
Last year, Dream Dream was selected for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's 'Exclusive Space Creation Project for Out-of-School Youth' and invested a total project cost of 100 million KRW secured.
The 'Kkumkkotdeul Workshop,' with a total area of 78㎡, consists of a sewing workshop, leather workshop, and cafe vocational training space, creating a vocational training space for social adaptation such as capacity building for the successful social entry of out-of-school youth.
Various programs such as certification courses, start-up education, job experience, and vocational training courses are operated here.
Youth who wish to participate can visit the out-of-school youth support center or inquire by phone.
