Promoting My Farm My Concept, Opening the Untact Era of Miryang Agriculture
Business Adaptation to Changing Consumer Trends in the COVID Era
Using YouTube to Understand Consumer Needs and Promote Local Agricultural Products
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Milyang City, Gyeongnam Province, known as the 'Smart 6th Agriculture Capital,' is conducting agricultural promotion projects suitable for the with-COVID-19 era.
The city announced on the 8th that it will promote 'My Farm My Concept' to establish a non-face-to-face farming support system in response to changes in consumer trends due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
Recently, while production of agricultural products is important, continuously supplying quality and standards that meet consumer preferences is even more crucial.
The city plans to use the Milyang City and Milyang Agricultural Technology Center YouTube channels to communicate with consumers to identify their needs, while producing various content such as the promotion of Milyang's history, culture, agricultural products, and sales to enhance the value of local agricultural products.
Farmers who wish to produce promotional videos for their own farms and products can apply at the Eup, Myeon, or Dong administrative welfare centers by February 10.
In addition to promoting agricultural products, the city plans to produce and distribute seasonal agricultural technology materials for information exchange among farmers.
