The lowest winning score was 64 points, which came from 84㎡G designated area. There were also 14 places where the lowest winning score was 69 points. Subscription scores are calculated based on the period of no home ownership (32 points), number of dependents (35 points), and subscription bankbook subscription period (17 points). To receive a perfect score of 84 points, the applicant must have a family of seven or more including themselves, and both the no home ownership period and subscription bankbook subscription period must be over 15 years.
Hillstate Reesville Gangil recorded an average competition rate of 255.53 to 1 with 117,035 applicants for 458 households in the first priority subscription held on December 30 last year.
