MY DI is an application that supports the services customers need throughout the entire lifecycle of construction equipment, from purchase to operation and disposal, providing all the information and services necessary for construction equipment customers to operate their equipment optimally.
In particular, by linking with Doosan Infracore’s self-developed construction equipment status monitoring solution 'Doosan Connect,' users can check real-time information on equipment location, operating status, major parts replacement cycles, and repair history via smartphone, greatly enhancing the convenience of equipment operation and management.
Through the 'MY DI' app, users can easily search specifications, prices, and purchase conditions of equipment and parts on sale, and also make consultation and repair reservations. Utilizing mobile location-based data, users can receive prompt service from dealers and service networks near the equipment location.
Doosan Infracore plans to provide essential information such as equipment usage and management tips in video format to make it easier for users to understand.
