Muan-gun Creates Comfortable and Safe 'Residential Environment' for Apartment Complexes
Support for Repair and Maintenance Costs of Aging Common Facilities in Apartment Complexes
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-ju] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 5th that it will promote the 2021 Apartment Management Cost Support Project, which partially supports the maintenance costs of public facilities within apartment complexes in the jurisdiction.
The project budget is 130 million KRW, and the support targets are 70 apartment complexes that have passed 10 years since the usage inspection date (excluding those who have received support within the last 5 years for the same target).
The support scope includes maintenance of streetlights within the complex, sewer dredging and maintenance, repair of resident communal facilities such as children's playgrounds and senior centers, maintenance of roads and parking lots within the complex, and other resident communal facilities.
Apartment complexes wishing to apply can refer to the "2021 Apartment Management Cost Support Project Implementation Notice" on the Muan-gun website and submit the application form to the Apartment Complex Team of the Architecture Division at Muan-gun Office from the 4th to the 19th of next month.
