He continued, "To achieve this, it is essential to have product quality, service, and stable supply capabilities that are far superior to competitors," emphasizing, "To customers, Hyosung must be a brand that does not compete on price but creates and provides new value."
Chairman Cho also pointed out, "Customer-friendly (VOC, Voice of Customer) management and data-driven management, which are essential to enhancing brand value, are still lacking," urging, "Let us listen more and act faster than our competitors."
