Muan-gun Childcare Center Association Donates Charity Fund to Help Neighbors
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 31st that the Muan County Daycare Center Association (President Jang Hee-seon) donated 3,115,000 KRW in neighbor-helping funds on the 23rd.
The donated funds were collected through the combined efforts of childcare staff from 53 daycare centers in the area. Four executives of the Daycare Center Association (Jang Hee-seon, Lee Ae-ja, Kim Jin-hee, Choi Young-ran) attended the delivery ceremony that day.
President Jang Hee-seon said, “We gathered the sincere efforts of childcare staff to help neighbors who are going through a tougher winter than ever due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue sharing activities for the local community through this donation.”
Governor Kim San expressed, “I sincerely thank the daycare center directors and childcare teachers who gathered their sincerity despite the difficult situation of daycare centers caused by COVID-19. The funds will be used carefully where help is needed.”
