Hamyang-gun, 2021 Agricultural Subsidy Program Application
Application Submission by Townships for Each Business Sector Until January 20 Next Year
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam is accepting applications for agricultural subsidy projects for 2021 through the eup and myeon offices until January 20th to strengthen the competitiveness of farmers and increase their income.
The county is accepting applications by project, categorized by crop type such as food crops, fruit trees, vegetables, and specialty crops, into new projects, special projects, and general continuing projects.
Farmers or organizations wishing to apply for the projects can visit the respective eup or myeon office to check the project details and submit their applications.
A county official stated, “Except for some projects with delayed implementation periods, applications for agricultural subsidy projects for 2021 will be accepted until January 20th next year. After reviewing project feasibility and conducting a selection review process, the projects will be finalized and implemented with set periods from February to December.”

For general subsidy projects, the county supports based on a 50% subsidy rate, but to discover and foster new income crops, crops newly cultivated in the region will receive 70-80% support, and for crops cultivated in very small quantities but with potential, the subsidy rate will be increased to 50-60% considering the risk of failure.
