[Today’s Weather] Mostly Cloudy and Mild Sunday... Snow and Rain in Some Areas
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Eun-young] On Sunday the 27th, the nation will be mostly cloudy, with snow or rain expected mainly in the southern regions and Jeju Island.
The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "From dawn to morning, sporadic snowflakes or raindrops may fall in northern Gyeonggi Province and northern Gangwon Yeongseo, and snow may fall in high mountain areas such as Jirisan and Deogyusan."
Rain is expected to start from Jeju Island and expand to the southern regions by daytime. There may also be rain in parts of southern Chungcheong during the day.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 40 mm for the southern coast and Jeju Island, around 5 mm for southern Chungcheong, southern regions (excluding the southern coast), and the West Sea Five Islands, and less than 5 mm for northern Gyeonggi and northern Gangwon Yeongseo.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 2°C △Chuncheon -4°C △Gangneung 3°C △Daejeon -1°C △Cheongju 0°C △Daegu 0°C △Gwangju 2°C △Jeonju 2°C △Busan 5°C △Jeju 9°C.
The daytime high temperatures are expected to be: △Seoul 9°C △Chuncheon 6°C △Gangneung 11°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 9°C △Daegu 8°C △Gwangju 10°C △Jeonju 10°C △Busan 12°C △Jeju 15°C.
Fine dust levels are predicted to be 'Bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Sejong, North Chungcheong, Daegu, and North Gyeongsang, while other areas will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate.' Incheon is expected to experience 'Bad' levels temporarily in the morning.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Visibility will be reduced in areas with rain or snow, and roads may be slippery due to freezing of the precipitation. Please pay special attention to pedestrian safety and traffic safety."
