According to the police on the 26th, around 2 p.m. that day, a Santa Fe vehicle driven by A (63) collided with a retaining wall on a road near Seolbong Reservoir in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi Province.
As a result of the accident, the vehicle overturned, and both A and B (63), who was riding in the vehicle with A, died at the scene.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident based on witness statements and nearby CC (closed-circuit) TV footage, believing that A's vehicle suddenly accelerated while coming from the reservoir area toward the national road and crashed into the retaining wall.
