Lotte ON Hosts 'Ontact House'... Showcasing 6 Daily Special Deals
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte ON will hold the ‘Ontact House’ event starting from the 24th, offering discounts on about 100 products including food and daily necessities, with six special-priced items featured daily. This event is planned to continue until social distancing measures are eased, supporting people staying at home.
From Christmas, December 25th to 27th, during the holiday period when outdoor activities are restricted and more time is expected to be spent at home, Lotte ON has prepared fresh food, processed food, snacks, meal kits, as well as daily necessities such as masks, shampoo, and hair dye at affordable prices. Additionally, six best home-stay products selected directly by MDs (Merchandisers) will be offered at special prices every day.
Last week’s (14th-20th) sales on Lotte ON increased by 43.3% compared to the previous month (16th-22nd). Looking at sales growth by product category, food sales rose by 44.2%, kitchenware by 65.7%, and daily necessities by 34.3%, showing a significant increase in products needed for spending time at home.
Accordingly, Lotte ON is conducting the ‘Lotte ON Ontact House’ discount event focusing on food and daily necessities.
First, for customers concerned about meals, products under the theme ‘Stock up for a hearty meal’ such as ramen, instant rice, bottled water, and kimchi will be sold at discounted prices. ‘Dongwon Tuna 12 cans’ will be sold for 14,760 KRW, and ‘Nongshim popular ramen and snacks’ will be available starting from 9,690 KRW depending on the set. In addition, popular meal kits and semi-prepared products such as Yukgaene Dakgalbi, Kraze Burger, Cheongnyeon Pujutgan, and The Banchan will be offered at up to 20% off the regular price.
For small drinking gatherings with family at home during the holidays, simple snacks are also prepared. ‘Obada domestic semi-dried squid’ will be sold for 16,900 KRW, ‘Gilrimyanghaeng Best K-Almond 3-pack set’ for 11,900 KRW, and ‘Nutri Flower Squid Original’ for 35,900 KRW.
Also, for customers who do self hair care at home during the holiday period due to COVID-19 instead of visiting hair salons, ‘Mise En Scene Foam Hair Dye 4-pack’ will be sold for 22,150 KRW, ‘The Body Shop Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo’ for 14,450 KRW, and special sets including ‘L’Or?al Paris hair packs, oils, and hair dyes’ will be offered.
