Lucid Kitchen Expands Traditional Kimchi Supply Chain Domestically and Internationally
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] Lucid Kitchen, a kimchi specialist led by CEO Kang Ji-young, announced on the 23rd that it will expand its domestic and international supply chains.
The company gained attention for offering traditional kimchi made with anchovy and saury jeotgal that had been aged at low temperatures for three years. After starting online sales on Naver Smart Store last year, it recently entered Megamart, which has a strong offline chain network in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions.
Additionally, it has established supply chains in the United States, Indonesia, Australia, and Japan, and plans to begin full-scale exports early next year.
