NHN Korea Cyber Payment "Additional Acquisition of 5.1 Billion KRW in Korea Credit Card Payment Shares"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] NHN Korea Cyber Payment announced on the 22nd that it will additionally acquire 127,862 shares of Korea Credit Card Payment, a VAN online and offline service provider, for approximately 5.1 billion KRW.
After acquiring the shares, NHN Korea Cyber Payment's stake in Korea Credit Card Payment will be 32.5%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is February 22 of next year.

NHN Korea Cyber Payment stated that the purpose of this share acquisition is to "strengthen the foundation of the O2O business (such as Payco Order) and expand the offline VAN business."
