It was established to foster a more family-friendly workplace culture in response to social changes such as the spread of low birthrate trends and increased economic participation of elderly women.
Simmons received this certification in recognition of its exemplary operation of family-friendly systems including support for childbirth and child-rearing, introduction of flexible working hours, and creation of a family-friendly workplace culture.
Simmons Beds has established as a natural internal culture legally guaranteed policies such as reduced working hours during pregnancy, fetal examination leave, infertility treatment leave, paid nursing time, spouse childbirth leave, health leave, and parental leave systems, creating a work environment where employees can build healthy and harmonious families.
