Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 20th that it held an emergency executive meeting recently chaired by Mayor Heo Seong-gon and issued such instructions due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic worsening difficulties for small business owners and self-employed individuals.
