[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 11th, Lee Jung-hoon, Mayor of Gangdong-gu, attended the opening ceremony of the Gangdong Job Cafe (797 Olympic-ro, Gangdong-gu, 4th floor), which provides comprehensive support for youth employment.
The Gangdong Job Cafe is the first metropolitan-type job cafe directly established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, serving as a space that supports career and employment counseling, special lectures, and mentoring for the youth of Gangdong.

Lee Jung-hoon, Mayor of Gangdong-gu, stated, “I hope the Gangdong Job Cafe will serve as a stepping stone for youth struggling with employment due to COVID-19,” and added, “We will strive to create synergy in youth support by linking various hub spaces and programs for youth, such as the youth job cafe directly operated by the district, ‘Study Cafe With You,’ and the comprehensive youth policy support center, ‘Seoul Youth Center Gangdong Orang.’”
