E-Land Signs Business Technology Cooperation MOU with Handong University

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] E-Land is partnering with Handong Global University to develop a new concept membership service based on bio healthcare services.
On the 10th, E-Land announced that it will collaborate technologically with Handong Global University to provide a customized health curation service using genomic information. The plan is to complete a new business portfolio by offering bio healthcare services and products based on individual genomic test results.
On the 9th, E-Land and Handong Global University held a business agreement ceremony at Handong Global University located in Pohang, Gyeongbuk, attended by Jang Soonheung, President of Handong Global University; Hyun Changgi, Head of the Department of Life Sciences; Lee Junyong, Head of the Department of Computer and Electronic Engineering; Choi Hyungwook, Chief Strategy Officer of E-Land; Lim Heecho, Head of New Business Strategy at E-Land; and related executives.
According to this business agreement, both institutions agreed to mutually cooperate in ▲ joint research and exchange of technical information ▲ joint participation in research projects in pharmaceutical and bio, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, including computer and electronic engineering fields.
Through this collaboration, customers will receive lifestyle curation. They will be suggested exercise times for maintaining appropriate weight to improve their lifestyle habits and can also receive recommendations for ingredients and health foods.
This service is scheduled to be installed in the membership-pay application ‘E-Land Pay,’ which is set to launch early next year.
