'Symptoms Present but Daily Life Continues' Multiple Confirmed Cases with Unknown Infection Routes in Gwangju

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] A large number of COVID-19 cases with unidentified infection routes have occurred in Gwangju.
According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 7th, five people tested positive for COVID-19 on that day and were classified as Gwangju cases 749 to 753.
Among the five, four are confirmed cases with unclear infection routes, and one is a contact from another region.
The confirmed cases 749 to 752, diagnosed positive after developing symptoms, are residents of Geumho-dong, Seo-gu; Wolsan-dong, Nam-gu; Sanwol-dong, Gwangsan-gu; and Haengam-dong, Nam-gu, respectively, who underwent individual diagnostic tests.
The infection routes are currently under investigation.
Case 753 is a resident of Ilgok-dong, Buk-gu, and was confirmed as a contact of Jeonbuk case 426, who tested positive the previous day. Jeonbuk case 426 is known to have been in contact with Jeonbuk case 418, whose infection route has not yet been identified.
The confirmed cases diagnosed on this day were found to have continued their daily lives despite symptoms appearing on the 28th of last month and on the 3rd and 4th of this month.
