MomsCare Volunteer Group Delivers 70 Hand-Knitted Scarves to Orphanage
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] On the 7th, Hanwha Life Insurance announced that its employees participated in an ontact donation activity to help children struggling with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) get through the winter as the year-end approaches.
The 'Hanwha Life Moms Care Volunteer Group,' composed of Hanwha Life employees and FPs, delivered 70 scarves made by hand-knitting learned online to orphanages (Myeongjin Deulkkot Sarang Village, Dongmyeong Child Welfare Center). Each volunteer member participating in the campaign received one knitting kit.
So far, the Hanwha Life Moms Care Volunteer Group has paired one employee with one child to conduct monthly educational programs for child development as well as various play experience activities to foster the children's emotional growth.
