View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] Changwon National University LINC+ Project Group announced on the 4th that it has signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with Pukyong National University and will promote various linkages and collaborations.
Changwon National University held a signing ceremony at Pukyong's 2nd factory attended by LINC+ Project Group Director Yoon Hyun-kyu of Changwon National University and Chairman Kim Chan-mo of Pukyong, along with other university and corporate officials. Accordingly, they agreed to actively cooperate in promoting linkages and collaborations in various fields such as developing high value-added industrialization technologies using regional specialized resources, establishing a mutual cooperation system for joint equipment, and human and material infrastructure.
Kim Chan-mo, CEO of Pukyong, stated, “The role of regional universities is very important to enhance the competitiveness of local companies, and we expect Changwon National University to play a significant role for small and medium-sized enterprises struggling due to COVID-19.”

Yoon Hyun-kyu, Director of Changwon National University LINC+ Project Group, emphasized, “Contributing to local industries is an important duty of national universities, and we will promote various support projects that lead to improving the competitiveness of local SMEs through active support of the university’s human and material infrastructure.”
