Seoul Jung-gu Holds 2021 College Admission Information Session

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Seoyangho) will hold the '2021 College Admission Regular Admission Briefing Session' on the 29th from 1 PM at the Jung-gu Education Support Center Iro-um, Basement Level 2, for examinees and parents.
This is welcome news for examinees who need to prepare for college admission through regular admission after taking the College Scholastic Ability Test on the 3rd.
The briefing session will be conducted in two parts.
In the first part, consultant Juhan Lee, a former admissions officer at Korea University and currently in charge of counseling at the Jung-gu Admission Counseling Center, will analyze the 2021 CSAT and explain know-how on regular admission application strategies, providing valuable information for examinees and parents to support university regular admission applications.
In the second part, instructor Daegyu Han, an admissions consultant at Jongno Academy and also a consultant at the Jung-gu Admission Counseling Center, will guide strategies for applying to vocational colleges directly linked to careers.
Applications for the regular admission briefing session will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the 7th to the 23rd.
Applications can be submitted online through the Jung-gu Education Support Center Iro-um website.
After the briefing session, one-on-one customized college regular admission strategy consulting will be available at the community room and counseling rooms on Basement Level 1 of the Jung-gu Education Support Center Iro-um.
The total number of participants is limited to 50, and only those who receive a number ticket on-site among the briefing session applicants are eligible. Number tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis exclusively to Jung-gu residents from 1 PM before the briefing session starts at Basement Level 2 of Iro-um.
The consulting will be conducted one-on-one for 15 minutes each by five active admissions consultants, including Juhan Lee and Daegyu Han, who are leading the briefing session. They will provide customized regular admission strategies tailored to each student's CSAT results.
The briefing session and consulting may be subject to change depending on the COVID-19 situation. Parents and examinees wishing to participate in the consulting must bring their CSAT score reports and strictly comply with the organizer's quarantine guidelines.
