"'13wol-ui Bonus' Hana Bank Offers Hana Money for IRP Enrollment, a Top Year-End Tax Settlement Product"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Hana Bank announced on the 2nd that it will hold a Pension Refresh Event with the Individual Retirement Pension (IRP) in line with the year-end tax settlement season.
Hana Bank will provide up to 25,000 Hana Money per person, which can be used like cash, to customers who newly subscribe to IRP with an amount of 300,000 KRW or more, customers who transfer their IRP accounts from other financial institutions to Hana Bank, and customers who deposit their own contributions and severance pay, until the limit is exhausted, until the 18th of this month.
The IRP is the most popular year-end tax settlement product as it allows an annual tax credit of up to 7 million KRW and 16.5% on subscriber contributions, making it a representative product for year-end tax settlement and retirement preparation. Especially from this year, the tax credit limit for customers aged 50 or older has been expanded to a maximum of 9 million KRW, allowing a maximum annual tax credit benefit of 1,485,000 KRW.
A representative of Hana Bank’s Pension Trust Group said, “We prepared this event with the hope that it will greatly help customers who trust Hana Bank and entrust their valuable pension assets to receive tax-saving benefits during the year-end tax settlement season,” and added, “We will strive even more to help manage pension assets for Hana Bank customers’ prosperous retirement preparation.”
