Scholarships and Gifts Delivered on the 27th for Low-Income Family Youth
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Yoo Deok-yeol) received scholarships and gifts for students in financial difficulty from the Small Love Sharing Movement Headquarters.
At 3 p.m. that day, the Small Love Sharing Movement Headquarters, despite the difficulties caused by COVID-19, donated a total of 27.8 million KRW worth of items to Dongdaemun-gu, including 25 million KRW in scholarships, 50 boxes of cup tteokbokki, and 50 LED stands, to practice neighborly love through sharing for underprivileged youth.
With this, the Small Love Sharing Movement Headquarters has donated goods worth approximately 55 million KRW to date, including food, rice, kimchi, and pork, along with the scholarships and gifts delivered that day.
The scholarships delivered that day are planned to be given to 50 low-income students in the area, including basic livelihood security recipients and single-parent families.
