383 New COVID-19 Cases by 6 PM... 153 Cases Confirmed in Seoul
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] As the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) continues in South Korea, 383 new confirmed cases were reported nationwide as of 6 p.m. on the 27th.
According to health authorities and local governments including Seoul City, a total of 383 new confirmed cases were reported nationwide from midnight to 6 p.m. on the same day. This is an increase of 34 cases compared to 349 cases recorded at the same time the previous day.
Among the 383 cases, 267 were from the Seoul metropolitan area and 116 from non-metropolitan areas. By city and province, the numbers are as follows: Seoul 153, Gyeonggi 91, Busan 26, Gangwon 25, Incheon 23, Chungbuk 15, Gyeongnam 14, Chungnam 9, Gwangju 6, Daejeon 5, Jeonnam 5, Jeonbuk 5, Gyeongbuk 2, Ulsan 2, Daegu 1, Jeju 1.
