[Goheung=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 27th, Jeonnam Goheung-gun announced that it successfully completed the operation of the mobile complaint center, touring 16 eup and myeon areas, with Jeomam-myeon as the last stop on the 25th.
This year, due to COVID-19, consultations were conducted while strictly adhering to quarantine rules such as wearing masks, providing hand sanitizers, and installing acrylic partitions.
Through the eup and myeon mobile complaint center, 45 civil complaints covering all administrative areas, including COVID-19 emergency disaster relief funds, changes in rural bus routes, and the Special Act on Real Estate Ownership, were handled. In addition to resolving complaints, the center listened to and understood grievances, forming empathy with the complainants.
Additionally, a "Village Tax Accountant" service was operated concurrently to provide consultations on concerns related to national and local taxes.
