Public Shopping Channel Donates 200 Million KRW to Daegu-Gyeongbuk Nurses Association
10% of March's 'All Day Daegu Gyeongbuk' Special Broadcast Revenue Donated

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Public Shopping announced on the 27th that it has donated 200 million KRW to the Nurses Association in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, who are struggling to overcome the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The donation was prepared by contributing 10% of the sales from the 'All Day Daegu·Gyeongbuk Special Exhibition,' held in March as part of the 'Let's Value' campaign conducted together with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The donation ceremony was held non-face-to-face via the government's integrated communication system, 'On-Nara PC Video Conference,' considering safety due to the elevation of social distancing to Level 2 in the metropolitan area.
On March 31, Public Shopping held the 'All Day Daegu·Gyeongbuk Special Exhibition' to support the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, which were the hardest hit by COVID-19 at the time. All products were produced by companies located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and the 20 product sales broadcasts recorded orders exceeding approximately 2.25 billion KRW, with 10% of the sales on that day donated.
