349 New COVID-19 Cases Reported by 6 PM... Over 400 Expected Tomorrow
[Asia Economy Reporter Baek Kyunghwan] The speed of increase in confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in South Korea is accelerating.
According to the quarantine authorities on the 26th, from 0:00 to 18:00 nationwide, a total of 349 new COVID-19 positive cases were confirmed. Compared to 336 cases recorded at the same time the previous day, this is an increase of 13 cases.
The quarantine authorities expect that the number of new confirmed cases announced at 0:00 on the 27th will exceed 349 and reach the mid to high 400s.

In non-metropolitan areas, there are 37 cases in Gyeongnam, 22 in Busan, 16 in Chungbuk, 15 in Jeonbuk, 9 in Jeonnam, 8 in Chungnam, 7 in Ulsan, 5 in Gangwon, 3 in Gwangju, and 2 in Gyeongbuk.
