According to the U.S. Department of State website on the 24th (local time), the travel advisory for South Korea was downgraded on the 23rd from Level 3 "Reconsider Travel" to Level 2 "Enhanced Caution."
Previously, the Department of State had adjusted the travel advisory for the entire South Korea to Level 3 "Reconsider Travel" in August.
