Homeplus Hosts 'CSAT Support Supplies Special Exhibition'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Homeplus announced on the 24th that it will offer discounts on exam support items such as thermoses, hand warmers, blankets, and various confectioneries ahead of the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) scheduled for the 3rd of next month. This year's CSAT will be held in December for the first time due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, and Homeplus has prepared this event by gathering a variety of cold-weather items. About 40 types of thermoses and tumblers from brands such as Thermos, Lock&Lock, and Cosmos will be offered at discounts of up to 40%. Thirteen types of hand warmers are priced between 990 and 10,000 won, and two types of hand warmer auxiliary batteries are sold for 14,900 and 24,900 won each. Additionally, customers who purchase more than 20,000 won worth of over 300 types of confectionery event products, including chocolates, snacks, and beverages, will receive a knee blanket as a gift. From the 3rd to the 16th of next month, students presenting their exam admission tickets will be able to purchase laptops from Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics at discounted prices. Models showcased the CSAT support items on the 24th at the Homeplus Gangseo branch in Deungchon-dong, Seoul.
