In the Yeongju area, an elderly person who visited a screening clinic with fever symptoms was confirmed positive after testing the day before. Regarding this, Yeongju City explained that although there was no visit to the health center or contact with staff, the confirmed patient's movement path was too extensive, so this measure is to conduct a thorough epidemiological investigation.
The confirmed patient was identified to have visited Sky Table Tennis Hall and Giwon on Beonyeong-ro, Yeonggwang Middle School on Gwangbok-ro, Dongseo Furniture, Jangchundang Pharmacy, Gubonhwan Internal Medicine, Hansol Pharmacy on Jungang-ro, Grand Convention Wedding Hall in Wondang-dong, Jeonju Myeongga Bean Sprout Soup on Daehak-ro, and Aseong Chinese Restaurant on Yeongju-ro from the 12th to the 21st.
