KB Kookmin Bank, Recruiting University Students for 'Digital Supporters' in the First Half of 2021
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 20th that it is recruiting university student digital supporters for the first half of 2021 until the 29th.
Now in its fifth iteration since its first operation last year, the university student digital supporters are college students familiar with digital technology who will guide customers visiting branches on various digital services of the bank and assist them in using digital channels during the vacation period. Any university student interested in banking work and possessing proactiveness and sociability can apply, and final selection will be made through document screening and interviews.
The selected university student digital supporters will be active at branches nationwide for about two months starting from the 28th of next month. Before deployment, they will receive pre-training on various digital services of KB Kookmin Bank such as KB Star Banking, pre-filling application forms service, and biometric authentication, as well as how to assist branch visitors in using these services. After deployment to branches, during their activity period as digital supporters, they will learn and understand banking work more closely through mentoring with branch staff.
In particular, this time the number of recruits has been expanded to operate at the largest scale since its inception, and outstanding university student digital supporters will be granted exemption from the document screening process for KB Kookmin Bank’s new employee recruitment after the activity ends.
