New 'Recipient Contact Transfer Function' Established... Woori Bank Revamps Woori Won Banking
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Bank announced on the 18th that it has improved its mobile 'Woori WON Banking' by actively reflecting customer feedback from VOC (Voice of Customer), surveys, and app reviews.
Woori Bank introduced a recipient contact transfer feature to Woori WON Banking and improved the ID card recognition function. The product mall within Woori WON Banking was also revamped.
With the newly added 'recipient contact transfer' feature, users can send money by entering only the recipient's contact information without knowing their account number. After sending a notification message via SMS or KakaoTalk to the recipient, once the account number is entered, the deposit is automatically processed.
Additionally, the accuracy and reading speed of ID card recognition required for non-face-to-face real-name verification have been dramatically improved, enabling customers to complete their transactions more quickly.
