LG Electronics Reports COVID-19 Case at Seocho R&D Campus... Building Closed
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] A confirmed case of COVID-19 has occurred at LG Electronics' Seocho R&D Campus. This is three months after a COVID-19 case was confirmed in the same building last August.
According to industry sources on the 18th, one employee working at LG Electronics' Seocho R&D Campus in Seoul tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday afternoon.
Accordingly, LG Electronics decided to conduct disinfection measures throughout the entire building on the campus and close it until the 19th.
Close contacts are currently undergoing testing, and regardless of the results, they will work from home for two weeks.
