The agreement ceremony held at the Lotte Retail Academy was attended by Kwon Ki-hong, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Committee, Moon Young-pyo, CEO of Lotte Mart, Nam Chang-hee, CEO of Lotte Super, and representatives of partner companies.
The main contents of the agreement include compliance with the ‘Three Principles of Proper Payment,’ enhancement of innovation-driven wage payment capacity, improvement of wages and welfare benefits, enhancement of other types of wage payment capacity, and support for management stabilization financing, operating an innovation-driven wage gap resolution win-win cooperation program.
Through this agreement ceremony, Lotte Mart and Lotte Super plan to operate an innovation-driven win-win cooperation program worth a total of 116 billion KRW over the next three years for partner SMEs and their employees, introducing a win-win cooperation model such as discovering technology-innovative SMEs, supporting productivity improvement of partner companies to strengthen technological competitiveness, and expanding sales channels.
