Honam University Career Center Conducts Online Career Roadmap Lecture
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Honam University Career Center announced on the 17th that it conducted real-time online career roadmap lectures for 1,039 second-year students from a total of 38 departments during the first and second semesters of this year.
Through this, students were supported in designing their own career paths and exploring fields of advancement.
The career roadmap lectures focused on establishing employment strategies based on self-understanding and creating detailed action plans grounded in a thorough understanding of career paths specific to each major.
Honam University Career Center enhanced effectiveness by conducting in-depth individual career counseling based on the career roadmap, and plans to hold an awards ceremony next month for outstanding career roadmap projects.
Choi Ye-bin from the Department of Landscape Architecture, who participated in the career roadmap program, said, “I was able to set a direction related to my major and concretize my career roadmap by drawing a detailed career-related mind map,” adding, “Through additional career counseling, I gained confidence that I can spend my university life meaningfully and successfully secure employment.”
