This Homeplus live commerce is notable for being the first among large marts to operate directly through its own 'My Homeplus' membership application without going through other platforms. This reduces the hassle of customers having to switch between various channels and provides additional discounts through membership coupons.
By touching the product on the screen, customers can easily purchase special-priced items directly from the Homeplus online mall, and to celebrate the launch, a 5,000 won additional discount coupon (for purchases over 30,000 won) will be given.
In particular, the broadcast will be conducted with a 'Talk Shopping (Talk Show + Shopping)' concept to strengthen customer communication. When customers ask questions in real-time chat to the host 'Homdi (Homeplus DJ),' the buyer appearing as a co-host will provide vivid information such as product features, production area trends, cooking tips, and sourcing behind-the-scenes stories.
