[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Hana Financial Investment announced on the 10th that it will hold the '2021 Research Outlook Forum' in an untact (non-face-to-face) format over two days starting from the 17th through its official YouTube channel, ‘HanaTV’.
Hana Financial Investment's ‘Research Outlook Forum’ is an event hosted by the Hana Financial Investment Research Center for the 8th consecutive year, where analysts from various fields gather to forecast all sectors including the economy, finance, and industry.
This forum, broadcast live via ‘HanaTV’, will be divided into Part 1 (on the 17th) and Part 2 (on the 18th). Part 1 will look ahead to the domestic and international economy and financial markets for the coming year, while Part 2 will focus intensively on outlooks for each industry.
Part 1 of the forum will be held on the 17th from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, starting with an opening by Research Center Director Jo Yongjun. It will include forecasts for the 2021 economy, stock market, foreign exchange market, and commodity market, followed by investment strategies based on these outlooks. Part 2, held on the 18th from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, will feature analysts from the Corporate Analysis Office as lecturers, introducing industry-specific outlooks and investment strategies.
Lee Jin-guk, CEO of Hana Financial Investment, said, “This year was one where risks and opportunities coexisted, such as the economic recession caused by COVID-19 and the stock market rebound driven by the Donghak Ant Movement.” He added, “We hope this forum will be a place to seek reasonable solutions and alternatives to find new investment opportunities amid the accelerated Fourth Industrial Revolution and industrial structural changes brought forward by Korea’s New Deal policy.”
