Gangnam-gu Installs 4 Live Cameras Around Milmiri Bridge... Launches Dedicated 'I LOVE GANGNAM' Channel
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jeong Soon-gyun) has launched the YouTube channel ‘I LOVE GANGNAM,’ where residents exhausted from COVID-19 can enjoy the autumn scenery of Yangjaecheon in real time, and has been operating it since the 3rd.
The district installed four live cameras near Milmiri Bridge last month so that residents can enjoy the night view where the scenery of Yangjaecheon and the media facade harmonize in real time.
To protect privacy, the faces of residents passing through Yangjaecheon are mosaicked.
Also, from the 11th to the 15th, the ‘Live Online Yangjaecheon Autumn Foliage Viewing’ program will be broadcast, allowing people to enjoy an online night walk at home while admiring the autumn leaves along with 300 ‘Mimiwi LED Cheongsachorong’ lanterns installed on Milmiri Bridge.
The real-time scenes of Yangjaecheon, including the ‘Live Online Autumn Foliage Viewing,’ can be viewed on the ‘I LOVE GANGNAM’ YouTube channel and the Gangnam-gu Office website.

Meanwhile, Gangnam-gu is operating the ‘Street of Fallen Leaves’ along the upper embankment walking paths of Yangjaecheon from Milmiri Bridge to Daechi Bridge (2.9 km) and from Yeongdong 3rd Bridge to 6th Bridge (2.0 km) until the 22nd, allowing residents to briefly escape their COVID-19-weary daily lives and enjoy the autumn atmosphere.
