KT, Sole Participant in Preliminary Bidding for D'Live Sale
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] KT has participated exclusively in the preliminary bidding for the sale of D'Live.
According to the telecommunications industry on the 8th, KT recently submitted a letter of intent in the preliminary bidding conducted by the D'Live creditors' group. It was confirmed that SK Telecom and LG Uplus did not submit letters of intent.
Following KT Skylife's recent acquisition of Hyundai HCN, KT appears to have made this decision to solidify its position as the number one player in the paid broadcasting industry.
