Current Students at 4-Year and Junior Colleges in Korea
Approximately 900 Students in Scholarship Support Tier 3 or Below
Must Complete 12 Credits and Earn C Grade or Higher in Previous Semester
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Portable smart devices (tablet PCs) will be provided free of charge to low-income college students. Students who wish to apply must do so on the Korea Student Aid Foundation website.
The Ministry of Education and the Korea Student Aid Foundation announced on the 8th that they will promote the "Blue Lighthouse Digital Education Support Project" with this content.
The support target is about 900 students in the third or lower income bracket for financial aid among enrolled students at domestic 4-year universities and junior colleges. Eligibility requires completion of at least 12 credits in the previous semester and a grade of C or higher.

Students who wish to apply must do so on the Korea Student Aid Foundation website from the 16th to 6 p.m. on the 27th of this month. After screening, devices will be provided in December.
