Gyeongnam Office of Education, 3rd Student Orchestra Festival from 6th to 8th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] The Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education held the "3rd Korea Student Orchestra Festival" on the 6th at the Hamyang Culture and Arts Center Grand Theater.
The festival, held over three days until the 8th, features invited performances by schools (groups) that won the grand prize at the 2019 "2nd Korea Student Orchestra Festival" due to COVID-19, along with a celebratory opening performance by a professional orchestra ensemble.
Starting with a congratulatory performance by the Korea Gyeongnam Symphony Orchestra on the evening of the 6th, performances by Wangsan Elementary School and Masan Sinwol Elementary School from Gyeongbuk will take place on the 7th, followed by Yeongil Middle School from Gyeongbuk and the Hamyang Mulre Banga Wind Orchestra on the 8th.
Each day features two performances with a five-hour interval between them to ensure compliance with quarantine and performance regulations. This festival is a sharing performance, and the performance videos will be uploaded on the Korea Student Orchestra Festival website and used as educational materials by the Office of Education.
