[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Students and freshmen of the Department of Physical Therapy at Honam University formed close bonds between seniors and juniors through a study program where they studied and communicated together.
According to Honam University on the 6th, the Department of Physical Therapy conducted the 'Anatomy Study Mentoring' program on the 2nd and 3rd at the Geonhak Building lecture room, where senior students taught about 41 first-year students.
This program has been held every year before the start of the second semester since 2010. Seniors study anatomy theory together with first-year juniors and communicate to enhance intimacy between seniors and juniors and help with the second semester life.

Fourth-year seniors conducted practical sessions using human body models divided into upper limbs, lower limbs, and torso, necessary for studying anatomy, along with lecture materials they created themselves, focusing on the topic of muscles.
Choi Seung-min, a first-year student who participated in the group study, said, “As a freshman, I was able to learn parts I was curious about or needed, and I felt closeness and a sense of belonging to the department through the seniors, which was very helpful.”
Lee Min-jung, a third-year student who participated as the academic director, responded, “It was meaningful to be able to teach the content I learned from seniors to juniors again, and it was a valuable time to recall parts I had forgotten myself.”
