Brandy Achieves Hiring of 100 Developers... Accelerates Preparation for New Business
Achieving Hiring Goal Early in 5 Months After Declaring Recruitment of 100 Developers in May
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Fashion tech company Brandi (CEO Seo Jeong-min) announced on the 5th that it achieved its goal ahead of schedule just five months after declaring the recruitment of 100 developers last May.
Brandi plans to continue its hiring activities and secure 120 developers by the end of this year, aiming to hire a total of 200 developers by 2021 to accelerate business expansion and preparation for new ventures.
In fact, during the recruitment of 100 developers, Brandi received over 3,000 applicants and conducted coding tests and three rounds of competency interviews to hire skilled developers. Through this process, they secured many developers with 3 to 7 years of experience, completing a solid development team.
Brandi hosted the industry's largest online coding competition, 'Code Name B,' and operates an internship program for non-major new developers. Additionally, they introduced the 'Honorary Recruiter System,' allowing anyone to recommend suitable talent to Brandi, and CEO Seo Jeong-min personally held seven recruitment briefings, actively engaging in developer hiring.
