Temporary Emergency Livelihood Support Fund for Crisis Households Previously Unassisted with Damage Relief

If you do not apply within the period, you will not receive support, so those who have not yet applied must apply within the deadline.
The 'Emergency Livelihood Support Fund for Crisis Households' is a temporary emergency livelihood support fund provided under the 4th supplementary budget of the previous government, targeting low-income crisis households that did not benefit from existing welfare systems or other COVID-19 damage support projects.
The emergency livelihood support fund can be applied for by households that have lost income due to job loss or business suspension caused by COVID-19, with household income within 75% of the median income and property value within 350 million KRW in small and medium-sized cities. Households whose job-seeking benefits ended after February this year due to job loss are also included.
The province extended the application deadline by one week from October 30 to the 6th to ensure that no residents in difficulty missed applying due to urgent livelihood concerns. During this period, they actively identified low-income households who had not applied and guided them through mail, phone calls, and community leaders.

The support fund can be applied for either by visit or online. 'On-site application' can be made by the head of household, household members of the same household, or legal representatives at the administrative welfare center of the resident's address until 6 PM on the 6th. 'Online' applications are available only to the head of household through the internet or mobile 'Bokjiro' service until midnight.
