18 New COVID-19 Cases Among USFK Soldiers and Others... Arrivals from 25th to 29th
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Recently, 18 U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) soldiers and their family members who entered the country tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
On the 2nd, the USFK Command announced that 18 USFK soldiers and family members who entered through Osan Air Base or Incheon International Airport between the 25th and 29th of last month were confirmed positive.
Among those confirmed positive, 16 were identified through tests immediately after entry, and 2 tested positive in a second test. The newly confirmed cases are currently receiving treatment in isolation facilities at Pyeongtaek US military base and Osan Air Base.
