Jungjinkong Expands Non-Face-to-Face Training and Excellent Content
Contract Signed for Performance Sharing System with Training Content Partners
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 2nd that it has signed a performance-sharing contract for win-win growth of small and medium enterprises with KG Eduone (CEO Noh Won-nam) to secure content and improve accessibility for non-face-to-face (untact) training. The performance-sharing system is a representative model of win-win growth for small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies, aiming to reduce costs and improve quality through joint innovation activities and mutually share the resulting achievements. The government has been implementing this system since 2012 under the Act on the Promotion of Mutual Cooperation between Large and Small Enterprises.
The SBC Small and Medium Business Training Institute explained that it signed the performance-sharing contract with KG Eduone, a company strong in developing training content, to expand non-face-to-face training for enhancing the capabilities of employees in small and medium enterprises. The two organizations will jointly promote ▲development of customized training courses for small and medium enterprises ▲hosting webinars in response to the post-COVID-19 era ▲conversion and distribution of lecture content into online formats. SBC plans to share the excess net profits generated from the production and distribution of online lecture content with KG Eduone in the form of cash rewards.

Through this performance-sharing contract, it is expected to secure excellent content in the non-face-to-face training sector, where demand is anticipated to increase in the post-COVID-19 era, as well as to achieve effects such as increased sales and net profits for partner companies and the development of new sales channels. Kim Yi-won, head of the SBC Small and Medium Business Training Institute, stated, "Helping the growth of small and medium enterprises and mid-sized companies, which are the main pillars of our economy, is the responsibility and duty of a public institution like SBC," adding, "SBC will work together for the growth and development of partner small and medium enterprises by utilizing various infrastructures and capabilities possessed by the institution."
