LG Hausys Actively Supports Small Business Owners in Expanding Sales Channels
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] LG Hausys is significantly expanding its activities to promote coexistence with small interior business owners and is taking the lead in creating a healthy interior industry ecosystem.
On the 1st, LG Hausys announced that it will strengthen activities to help small business owners develop sales channels and enhance sales capabilities by utilizing ▲ LG Z:IN interior showrooms for sales support ▲ expanding online business linked to LG Z:IN Mall ▲ developing a smart consultation system.
First, LG Hausys will support the sales activities of small business owners in the respective regions through 16 LG Z:IN interior showrooms located in major commercial districts nationwide. Consulting customers in showrooms designed like actual living spaces is expected to help increase contract success rates and boost sales.
Additionally, at the online direct mall 'LG Z:IN Mall,' which is scheduled for a renewal opening, consumers who request interior consultations and purchases will be connected to specialized small business owners. This will support expanding the traditionally offline-focused sales channels of small business owners to online, helping to increase sales.
Along with this, LG Hausys plans to develop a ‘smart consultation system’ program that allows more convenient management of the entire interior purchase process from customer consultation to estimation, contract, construction, and after-sales service. This system will be made available for small business owners to use together by the first half of next year.
By enabling the purchase process progress to be viewed at a glance through the IT system, it is expected to improve sales efficiency as well as simultaneously increase consumer satisfaction.
Furthermore, LG Hausys plans to operate various educational programs aimed at supporting the self-reliance of small business owners.
In addition to existing product and construction training, the company will increase education related to services and trend sharing to help small business owners flexibly respond to changes in the interior market.
