Redman recorded five birdies (one bogey) that day. Most notably, he operated a 'pinpoint iron shot' with a green hit rate of 77.78% amid strong winds, which is encouraging. Ryan Armour, Wyndham Clark, and Kramer Hickok (all from the USA) are chasing in a three-way tie for second place, one stroke behind (9-under 204). Lee Kyoung-hoon (29, CJ Logistics) lost as many as five strokes, dropping to a tie for 61st place (3-over 216). He suffered a critical blow with two birdies, five bogeys, and a double bogey on the 15th hole (par 4).
